LumaGlow Lighting Electronic Consent Agreement

This Electronic Consent Agreement ("Agreement") outlines your rights regarding electronic communications with LumaGlow Lighting ("LumaGlow," "we," "us," or "our"). By agreeing to this Agreement, you consent to receive all required disclosures, agreements, notices, and other communications electronically instead of paper format.
1. Scope of Consent
You agree to receive all communications electronically, including but not limited to contracts, invoices, notices, and customer service messages.
Communications may be sent via email, SMS, website notifications, or other electronic means.
2. Prerecorded & Automated Voice Communications
By agreeing to this Electronic Consent Agreement, you also expressly consent to receive telephone calls from LumaGlow Lighting (or its agents) to the phone number(s) you provide, including calls using an automated dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, or robocalls, for marketing, sales, service, or appointment-related purposes.
You acknowledge that this consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out of receiving such calls at any time by:
Replying “STOP” to any message (if applicable),
Contacting us at support@lumaglowlighting.com or 916-827-4352, or
Requesting the removal from our calling list via other reasonable means.
Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will cease further prerecorded / automated calls to your number within 30 days (or another timeframe you choose, consistent with law)
3. Your Responsibilities
You must ensure that your email address and phone number on file with LumaGlow are accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the necessary hardware and software to receive and access electronic communications.
4. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting LumaGlow at hello@lumaglowlighting.com.
Withdrawal of consent may result in service limitations or delays in receiving important notices.
5. Requesting Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of any electronic document by contacting us at hello@lumaglowlighting.com.
A processing fee may apply for printed copies.
6. Security & Risks
Electronic communications may involve certain risks, including unauthorized access or delays.
LumaGlow is not responsible for technical issues that prevent you from receiving communications.
7. Updates to this Agreement
We may modify this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of LumaGlow services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
